About María

¡Hola! I’m María, a native Spanish speaker who has been living in Scotland for the past five years. I’m passionate about sharing not only my language but also the rich culture behind it. I have 5 years of experience tutoring Spanish to learners of all ages and levels, and I also work in Support for Learning at a primary school. This has helped me develop a patient, encouraging and adaptable teaching style that makes every lesson engaging and accessible. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to polish your conversational skills, I’d love to help!

Whether you’re a complete beginner, preparing for exams, or looking to improve your conversational skills, I’ll design sessions that suit your learning style and keep you motivated. We can focus on conversation, grammar, pronunciation, or vocabulary, and I also love incorporating games, interactive activities, and real-life topics to make learning both effective and enjoyable.
