About Elisabet

I am Spanish and have just moved to London this year! I have experience as a substitute teacher in an International School and have done private tutoring for the past 10 years. In a classroom setting, I’ve taught students from ages 4-18. I’ve substituted for longer periods in 9th grade History, IB English, and Spanish as a Second Language. I am passionate about literature, art, theatre and I love meeting new people from all over the world. Me encanta cantar, bailar, comer bien, y viajar. Un saludo, eli.

About the lesson

I will adjust my teaching method according to your specific needs. In the past, in my tutoring experience, my students have mostly been interested in conversation. So we usually pick topics to discuss that appeal to us, we will create vocabulary lists from our conversations and I will sometimes ask for short writing assignments on the topics we’ve touched upon. I will also help with homework completion and can focus more on grammar if you’re preparing for a specific exam. If you’re trying to learn Spanish, this will probably be the last time I will address you in English!
