About Isabella
I am a disruptor and an experienced optimist who has been able to fall back in love with life.
Traditionally speaking, I am an environmental scientist, specialising in inorganic chemistry. I am also a third generation entrepreneur who was heavily involved in the family businesses from a very early age - coaching some family members and employees without even knowing it.
In my late 20’s I was extremely successful on paper - good-looking, married to a doctor, hitting 6 figures and with an exciting career ahead of me. Yet I had a major psychological breakdown (extreme case of burnout). I lost my job, my house, my family, got divorced and considered ending my life.
I quickly realised the way I was “living” was not going to get me anywhere.
This is when I radically changed paths and started to genuinely follow my call - serving others.
The way I do this is by modelling the path and the ways that I myself practise everyday.
I love working with people, great challenges and creative thinking - so it comes as no surprise that supporting others to find their own happiness, to help them heal and shine, is as thrilling as it is gratifying.

Why Holistic?
This approach is holistic because it stems from the premise that we are not only a mind, we are also a body and a soul.
When we fail to nurture every aspect of our being in favour of just one, we fall out of balance and we become heavily dysfunctional and deprived - and as I am sure you know, we cannot pour from an empty cup.
When working together, we will tend to all your needs, physical, mental, spiritual and emotional, paying special attention to the areas that might be in need the most.
Why Leadership?
Fulfilment can only come from a place of power and confidence. When we realise that we actually are - and we decide to become - the leaders of our life, everything starts becoming accessible and feasible.
Besides being the leaders of our own lives, I believe we are all leaders to some extent: a teacher is a leader, so it is a parent, a doctor, a social worker, a public speaker, a businessperson and a CEO.
I firmly believe we are happiest when using our natural talents to serve others, achieving our highest potential and true belonging in the process. And we can only serve others when we have learnt to serve and take care of ourselves first.
