About Asisipho

I am a young man that has been working out from a very young age as I was a rugby player in high school. I have never trained people officially, just always helped people in the community and have them work out with me or give them advice should they need any. I have been working out for 9 years now, and have done extensive research on what to and what not to do. The best techniques and the best work outs that target different and specific muscles.
