About Basmala
My name is Basmala and I am in high school. I teach math from Pre-K till Algebra 1. I also teach the basics of violin to young kids as I have been playing for five years. I have been tutoring for 3 years and have excellent experience with kids. Skills that I have are patience, being detail oriented, and knowing how to approach problems with a solution.

My teaching methods and techniques include showing examples, showing videos and playing games. A typical lesson plan includes a 30 minute lesson, a short quiz to see what the student has grasped and a game that correlates to the lesson, I also hand out study- tools for the students so they can always review what they had learned. What sets me apart from other tutors is that I complete a lesson plan for each individual kid and write down what the kid excels in and what they struggle in to make my lessons more meaningful. The lessons are for young kids to pre-teens, Pre-school-8th grade
