About Johannes
Mr Johannes Senoamadi is currently employed as a junior lecturer at the University of Limpopo. His duties are to lecture, assess, and moderate first year students or extended programs.
He holds an Honors degree in Mathematics from the university of Limpopo, where his focus of the research was in topology. He also holds a National Qualifications certificates of assessor and moderator courses by ETDP SETA. And also, a Masters Degree Mathematics Mathematics candidate at the University of Limpopo.
Over the past Six years, I have filled Junior Lecturer position in the Department of Mathematics, University of Limpopo. My interpersonal and communication skills have allowed me to build strong relationships with administrators, professors, fellow lecturers and other faculty and administrative personnel, leading to the effective development of course syllabis, classroom materials and program improvements.

As far as difficulty and application go, mathematics is a rather unique subject from other subjects.Understanding the subject matter, using the acquired skills, and remembering the ideas in the future are the ultimate goals of mathematics. As a result, understanding the subject matter is more important than learning the mathematical techniques by heart.
Here are some of my effective approaches and strategies to offer students/learners Mathematics lessons that would make me unique as a teacher. I am able to:
1. Create an effective environment that is open for discussion. By keeping an open platform wherein each and every student is encouraged to raise questions.
2. Introduce the concepts using many examples as possible.
3. Use of different methods to solve problems. Not all students will understand the same technique of solving a problem. Therefore, it is important to give students options to choose from.
4. Encourage students for reasoning when solving problems. It ensures if the students have actually learned the objective of a certain topic. This can be done through communication with students, orally and as well as writing with proper reasoning.
5. Gradually increase the level of difficulty. It ensures that no student is left behind.
6. Observe, modify and re-evaluate. This will give me a fair idea about how much a student is understanding.
7. Patients. Math can be challenging, as we all know. Everybody has experienced that. This makes it crucial to teach the youngster in a systematic, step-by-step approach while also exercising patience with them. They won't grow frightened of arithmetic because of this.
Lastly, my lessons are aimed at all high school learners that are doing mathematics (All Grades), students who are doing Pre-Calculus and Calculus at Universities.
