About Ash

I’m Ash Walker, a London-based musician, multi-instrumentalist and DJ. My music spans a diverse range of genres, such as jazz, blues, soul, funk, reggae, dub, trip hop, fusion, and electronica, among others. I have run studios in London as well as touring the world with my band. I also enjoy teaching and sharing the knowledge I learn with others… in turn I also like to learn from others.

About the lesson

I am able to provide in-depth masterclasses in a range of different recording techniques, music production, DJ’ing, song writing and overall musicianship. My lessons will start by gauging your ability and understanding what skill level you would like to achieve, we will then build a holistic and tailored plan to help you achieve this.

Kaya is great learner and already has a wealth of musical knowledge. The lesson was both productive and fun, we explored simple mixing techniques including EQ, Reverb and Delay as well as routing and compression. Looking forward to the next lesson!
