My first child, when it was time to push, took 9 minutes and 3 pushes. My second child, took 4 pushes and 5 minutes of total pushing. Neither child I had an epidural with and used hypnobirthing techniques. I have helped several women overcome the fear of birth.

Hyponobirthing consists of positive atmosphere, visualization, breathing techniques, and relaxing every muscle in your body to let a contraction pass with minimum pain possible, reserving your strength for birth. I will teach you the techniques I used and helped other women with to make it through every contraction like a pro and reach your goal while having a positive birth experience.
