About Shovan
I am a 3rd year UNSW Student studying Neuroscience and Philosophy. I have been tutoring privately and giving group tuition classes for 2 years. I have taught over 20 students in preparation for Selective School tests who have excelled, and a handful of who have achieved Band 6s in English after making massive improvements. I would like to go into teaching in future, so I really enjoy the ability to teach students at all levels of ability.

I tend to take a flexible teaching approach depending on the needs of the student. Coming from both a science and English literature background, I am able to teach students who tend to prefer maths/science subjects to really develop an appreciation for how they can apply their skills to more literary subjects, as well as help students who already acheive high grades in English to really excel.
