About Sahasthra
Hula hooping has been one of my go to!
i am not a very expressive person and it has always been that way but hooping for me,helps face my emotions, express them and allows me to move with the flow
its one of those few things where i truly enjoy the process.
there's a different flow for every emotion,we just gotta let it out,feel it and thats truly a bliss.
and i can see myself holding onto this forever
So introducing this form of flow and it's beautiful process to the people around me is a gift for life time
i want to cherish this.
