About Christian Paolo
I am a Human Medicine student with clinical experience in hospitals and patient care. I am passionate about medicine, public health, and helping other students understand difficult topics in a simple and practical way.
As a student, I have developed different learning strategies to make studying more active and less stressful. I use practice exams before reviewing a topic, active recall, repetition, clinical cases, summaries, and digital tools such as ChatGPT.
I enjoy helping students discover the study method that works best for them. My goal is to make medical learning clearer, more interactive, and adapted to each student’s individual pace and needs.

My lessons use an active and practical learning method, especially for students who find traditional classes difficult or ineffective.
One of the strategies I use is starting with practice questions or a short exam before reading the lesson summary. The purpose is not to expect the student to know every answer, but to activate prior knowledge, identify weak areas, and prepare the mind to recognize important information during the explanation.
After the initial questions, we review the topic through clear summaries, clinical examples, diagrams, and simple explanations. Then, similar questions are repeated at different moments to reinforce the key concepts and help the student remember them more easily during real exams.
I also teach students how to use ChatGPT as a learning assistant to generate personalized quizzes, review incorrect answers, simplify difficult medical topics, create flashcards, organize study plans, and prepare academic assignments more efficiently.
My objective is to transform studying from passive reading into an interactive process based on questions, repetition, feedback, and active recall. Each lesson is adapted to the student’s level, learning pace, and personal goals.
