About Mackenzie
Hi, I'm Mackenzie.
I currently work as a People and Culture Advisor at the University of Wollongong and hold a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management. My career has been focused on helping people develop their skills, navigate challenges and achieve their goals, which is what I enjoy most about tutoring.
I specialize in Business Studies, Human Resources and employability skills, bringing real world experience into every lesson. Whether you're preparing for an exam, tackling a university assignment, building a resume or getting ready for an interview, I can help you develop practical skills and confidence.
My teaching style is approachable, structured and tailored to each student. I aim to create a supportive learning environment where questions are encouraged and progress is measurable.
Outside of work, I enjoy traveling, skiing and exploring different cultures, which has taught me the value of adaptability, curiosity and continuous learning.

I take a practical approach to teaching, using real workplace examples to help students understand business and human resources concepts. Lessons are tailored to each student's goals, whether they are preparing for assessments, improving subject knowledge, developing employability skills or preparing for the workforce.
Lessons are typically 60 minutes and are structured around the student's learning needs. I focus on clear explanations, application of concepts and building confidence through discussion and problem-solving.
I hold a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management and currently work as a People and Culture Advisor at the University of Wollongong. My experience includes recruitment, employee relations, workplace policies, performance management and career development.
Lessons are suitable for high school students studying Business Studies, university students undertaking Business or Human Resources subjects, and individuals seeking support with resumes, job applications, interview preparation and workplace skills.
