Hi there! I'm Henry, a personal trainer with a passion for helping people reach their fitness goals.

I approach personal training with a focus on having fun while pushing my clients to reach their full potential. I believe that exercise should be enjoyable, so I make sure to bring a playful demeanour to every session.

As a personal trainer, I believe in utilising both cardio and strength training to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. With my knowledge and experience, I create customised workout plans that cater to the individual needs and goals of each person. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, improve cardiovascular health, or simply feel better in your daily life, I can help you get there.

During each session, which typically lasts for one hour, I strive to create a positive and supportive environment for my clients. Whether you are a beginner or an experienced athlete, I will work with you to help you reach your full potential. I believe that exercise should be challenging, but also enjoyable, and I aim to make each session a fun and engaging experience.

I will begin by performing a thorough assessment of your current fitness level and understanding your specific goals. From there, I will create a personalised workout plan that incorporates a mix of cardio and strength training exercises. This will help you achieve the best results in the shortest amount of time.

My focus on both cardio and strength training is important because these two types of exercise provide a well-rounded approach to fitness. Cardio exercises, such as running, cycling, or rowing, help to improve cardiovascular health and increase endurance. Strength training exercises, such as weightlifting or bodyweight exercises, build muscle, increase strength, and boost metabolism.

In addition to helping you achieve your fitness goals, I also place a strong emphasis on form and technique. I will teach you how to perform each exercise correctly and safely, helping to reduce the risk of injury and ensuring that you get the most out of each workout.
