About Shriya

As an experienced IGCSE, GCSE and A Level examiner and educator, I bring extensive expertise across international curricula, including Cambridge IGCSE/O Level, GCSE, AS and A Level.

I currently serve as an Examiner Team Lead and train teachers and fellow examiners, alongside teaching students worldwide. I have also been recognised by multiple organisations for excellence in international education.

I connect naturally with students of today, understanding their learning styles, expectations and challenges, and adapt my teaching to keep them engaged while maintaining high academic standards.

With extensive experience in online education and homeschooling across multiple time zones, my approach combines examiner insight, academic rigour and personalised teaching to help students achieve their best.

As an IGCSE, GCSE & A Level examiner and educator, I bring extensive expertise across multiple international curricula, such as IGCSE/O-Level, GCSE, and AS & A Levels.

I specialise in:
-IGCSE & GCSE: First Language English, English as a Second Language, English Literature, and French.

-AS & A Levels: English (First Language, General English, and Literature)
-IBDP, I teach French Ab Initio and English B.

With a strong focus on exam strategy, conceptual clarity, and precision, my students consistently achieve outstanding results — with over 95% scoring A*/9/9 in IGCSE, GCSE, AS & A Levels and top grades in IBDP.

In addition to teaching, I actively work as an examiner and regularly participate in Cambridge and Edexcel training workshops, ensuring my students benefit from the most current marking standards and expectations.

Having taught and homeschooled students from over 31 countries, I offer a structured yet engaging learning approach that builds confidence, reduces exam anxiety, and delivers results.

For students requiring focused revision, I offer a 10-Day Booster Course for IGCSE and AS & A Levels English — designed for last-minute concept strengthening, exam techniques, and targeted doubt resolution.

He generally didn't enjoy writing essays much at first, but practicing the required skills during Ms. Rao's classes helped him succeed in the actual board exams, getting A* (95) in IGCSE First Language English and A* (92) in IGCSE English Literature in the May/June 2026 session.
