About Gaura
When I was 10, my family was blessed with a baby boy and I couldn’t have been happier. Ever since I was 2, I wanted a sibling who I could teach and mould like my parents had for me. Each day, I see a new tantrum, a new mood and personally, I totally get it. Not every day is the same. We modulate every aspect of our lives according to our mood, and that same approach should be taken into learning as well. It’s hard to push ourselves to study something we don’t want to, but what if the aspect we’re avoiding is just the way it’s being taught?

As the daughter of a teacher who has taught toddlers as well as people in their sixties, all the way to being the principal of an international school, throughout my life, I’ve gained exposure to a plethora of different learner personalities. Ever the learner, I try to imbibe a student’s passions and interests towards a subject and teach in a way that is the most relevant to them and what they want to get out of a complete course, or even just one class. I believe that a student should be satisfied and confident with learnings they derive from lessons because those are the standards I hold for classes that I attend. The biggest reason opting for me (a student tutor) is an excellent idea, is because it allows your child to explore the extent of interest in the subject, because I combine international curriculums with the expectations and pace of the learner to create an enthusing and conducive learning environment!
