About Rajesh
I am Rajesh, a Bangalore-based educator with a BE from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from IIM Calcutta. I spent 22 years working in analytical and problem-solving roles at global organizations including Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley.
Teaching found me through my own son's Class 10 Mathematics journey. Sitting with him, breaking down concepts, watching confusion turn into clarity — I realized this is something I genuinely enjoy and am good at.
I believe most students who struggle with Mathematics are not weak at the subject — they have simply never had someone explain it in a way that makes sense to them. My job is to be that person.
I am patient, methodical, and unhurried. I will not move forward until you have understood. I ask questions, encourage thinking, and make sure you can solve problems on your own — not just during our session together.
I teach because understanding matters more to me than marks. Though marks tend to follow when understanding is genuine.

My classes are designed for Class 9 and 10 students who want to build genuine conceptual understanding of Mathematics — not just memorize formulas to pass exams.
With a BE from Delhi College of Engineering and an MBA from IIM Calcutta, combined with 22 years of professional experience in analytical roles at organizations like Deutsche Bank and Morgan Stanley, I bring a structured, logical approach to teaching that helps students truly understand the 'why' behind every concept.
Each session is personalized to the student's current level and pace. I identify where the student is struggling, address the root confusion, and build from there. No rushing, no rote learning.
My teaching style is patient and methodical. I ask questions, encourage thinking, and make sure the student can solve problems independently — not just follow along during the class.
Classes are conducted online, one on one, giving each student my complete attention.
Ideal for students who feel confused by Mathematics, want to strengthen their foundations, or are preparing for board exams and want clarity over cramming.
