About Pratiksha
I am an MBA graduate from IIM Kozhikode with over 10 years of corporate experience in product management and leadership. Alongside my corporate career, I have pursued theater, trained in Kalaripayattu, learned traditional yoga under Bharat Shetty at Yogadhama Mysore, and explored various evidence-informed breathing techniques through workshops. I also practice mindfulness and personal development techniques inspired by Louise Hay's affirmation philosophy.
My coaching approach combines practical career insights with holistic well-being practices to help individuals manage stress, build confidence, improve self-awareness, and navigate personal and professional challenges. By integrating mindfulness, movement, yoga, breathwork, positive affirmations, and reflective practices, I support clients in building emotional resilience and achieving greater balance in their lives.
I believe that lasting transformation comes from aligning the mind, body, and emotions.
