About Anish
I’m a Computer Science & Data Analytics student at IIT Patna who loves making Math and Science simple and logical for students. Teaching gives me the chance to share the clear, practical approach that helped me reach IIT. With one year of tutoring experience, I’ve learned how to identify a student’s weak areas quickly and guide them with patience until they gain real confidence. My teaching style is built around one core belief: students learn best when they truly understand what they are studying. As a Data Analytics student at IIT Patna, I see Math and Science as logical, meaningful subjects rather than things to simply memorize, and I try to help my students see them the same way. I focus a lot on conceptual clarity, explaining the “why” and the “how” behind every formula so that nothing feels random or forced. I also love using simple, everyday examples to make difficult ideas easier to grasp, and I always teach with patience so students feel comfortable asking even the smallest questions. Because of my background in analytics, I naturally pay attention to patterns in a student’s work. I observe where they tend to lose marks or feel unsure, and I make those specific areas my priority, so their progress becomes steady and visible.
When it comes to how a typical session flows, we usually start with a quick revision of the previous topic to clear any lingering doubts, then we dive deep into the new concept using diagrams and interactive discussions. From there, we move to guided problem solving—working on questions together until you feel fully confident—and wrap up with a summary and some targeted practice for homework.
Now, if you’re wondering what makes my classes different, it’s really that 'IIT Advantage.' Having cleared competitive exams myself, I don’t just teach the syllabus; I teach smart strategies, shortcuts, and time-saving techniques that help in exams. But more than that, since I am a student myself, I’m a relatable mentor rather than a strict authority figure.
