About Angelina
Hello! I am Angelina. I’m from China. I live in US now. I offer immersion-style Mandarin lessons for children and adults. I have one year of experience teaching Chinese as a foreign language in China. My students were non-native Chinese speakers, including adults and teenagers.
I mainly taught one-on-one and small group classes, focusing on practical communication, listening, and speaking skills. I adjust my lessons based on students’ levels and learning goals.
My teaching style is practical and immersion-based. I use real-life situations, pictures, simple dialogues, and role play to help students understand and use Chinese naturally. For beginners, I speak slowly and use clear examples to build a strong foundation. For intermediate students, I focus on pronunciation, fluency, and natural expression.
Although I do not hold a formal teaching certificate, I have a strong understanding of Chinese language structure, pronunciation, and common learning difficulties. I am patient, supportive, and flexible in my teaching approach.
