About Zahra
About Me Hi! I’m Zahra — I’m in my early 20s, originally from the UK but currently living in beautiful New Zealand. When I’m not teaching, you’ll probably find me playing netball, rock climbing, or planning my next travel adventure. I teach English online because I enjoy helping people feel more confident in the subject. I achieved class A A-Level qualifications in English Language and English Literature, and I use that background to make lessons clear, friendly, and easy to follow. I know what it’s like to learn English in school at a college level, so I’m patient, supportive, and always happy to explain things in different ways. My particular favorites in English class were analyzing poetry, classic and contemporary novels and journalistic writing. I'm currently a student at Queen's University Belfast studying Anthropology, which has many essay exams. My background in English Literature and Language definitely helped with achieving high grades at university.
