About Elektra
I am an incoming Oxford languages undergraduate, (French and Modern Greek ab initio). I studied French, Politics, English Literature and History at A Level, achieving A*A*AA. I am an experienced debater, competing in national and international debating competitions in both French and English. I am fluent in English, French and Romanian.

I help students excel in A-Level Politics by building clear understanding, strong argumentation, and high-scoring exam technique.
Lessons are structured around the Pearson Edexcel syllabus (with support for other exam boards), covering key topics in depth while developing the skills examiners look for—analysis, evaluation, and well-structured essays.
A major focus of my teaching is essay writing. I show students exactly how to plan, structure, and write top-band answers, with clear guidance on how to improve marks quickly and consistently.
I also integrate current affairs into sessions, helping students bring real-world examples into their answers—an essential skill for achieving top grades.
Sessions are structured, personalised, and results-focused. Students receive clear feedback, practical strategies, and measurable improvement in both confidence and performance.
Ideal for students aiming for A/A* or preparing for exams who want to strengthen both subject knowledge and exam technique.
