About Rakesh M
Rakesh was born in Mysuru and spent many years practising under the close guidance of Shri Srinatha, grounding his teaching in a direct, traditional lineage. Now based in London, he shares this depth of practice through regular classes at TheHotSpotYoga, Sonas Studio, and Antidote across South West London. His interests lie in meditation, Yin Yoga, and Crystal Sound Bath sessions, offering students a calm, introspective space to slow down, release tension, and reconnect with themselves on a subtler level.
