I am a student studying Health and Social care, with the sole aim of promoting positive well-being and mental health. I've been training in the feild and studying to become a counseling psychologist. I have no judgment, and welcome everyone,

I offer hour long voice calls, where are time is divided up usefully. The first how often are well we'll be a counseling session, what you can discuss any worries and open up to a non-judge person who can advise you. The lost half an hour will be guided meditation, to help you relax and destress.
