About Zina
I am a Biology tutor with over 4 years of experience and an MSc in Marine Ecology. My teaching focuses on combining classical biology with modern computational approaches. I aim to make data-driven biology clear and accessible.
I specialise in bioinformatics and computational biology, especially for analysing large biological datasets. I help students understand genomic data and its biological meaning. My lessons connect theory with practical analysis.
I teach sequence alignment, phylogenetic trees, and core bioinformatics tools through hands-on exercises. Students learn by doing rather than memorising. This builds strong understanding and confidence.
