About Jude

I am a passionate Saxophone tutor with 13 years of teaching experience, and I have successfully trained around 150 students from beginner to advanced levels. Teaching music is something I truly enjoy because I love seeing students grow in skill and confidence.

My teaching approach is based on strong fundamentals and steady progress. I begin with posture correction, breath control, embouchure development, tone production, and finger exercises. Once students are comfortable, I introduce scales, rhythm training, articulation techniques, and music theory concepts. I believe understanding theory helps students become more confident and independent musicians.

I adapt my teaching style to match each student’s learning speed and goals. I communicate clearly and make lessons simple and easy to understand. I also use real song examples and backing tracks to make learning more engaging.

One of my unique skills is guiding students in improvisation and creative expression. I encourage them to develop their own musical voice. My goal is to build disciplined, skilled, and confident saxophone players who truly enjoy their musical journey.

About the lesson

I teach Saxophone using a clear and organized approach guided by Communication, Accountability, and Integrity. I first understand the student’s learning style and musical goals. Then I create personalized lessons focusing on breathing techniques, tone production, fingering accuracy, and rhythm precision.

I maintain open communication so students feel confident to ask questions. Each student receives weekly practice tasks and measurable targets to build discipline. Accountability ensures that progress is consistent and visible. I regularly review their performance and suggest improvements.

Integrity means I teach sincerely and correct technical errors early to prevent bad habits. Besides Saxophone, I also teach Music Theory, Jazz basics, Scale Studies, and Performance preparation to strengthen overall musicianship.
