Over the last few years, I have taught Italian, Latin, Ancient Greek (including New Testament Greek) to a wide range of students, from primary school children to adult learners, for both private learning and school tuition. I have experience with a variety of curriculums and textbooks and I enjoy drawing on multiple sources to challenge my students' skills and knowledge.
While I do work better if I stay closer to my educational origins of a grammar-translation method, over the years I have learnt to adapt myself to different needs and interests and therefore to present students with a wide variety of resources, texts, materials, as well as a focus on the society of the ancient Greeks and Romans and modern teaching and research approaches as well, in particular postcolonialism.
