About Janardhan
Teaching in accordance to students' interests and having a health dialogue process with them is what I think is the key to receptive learning. I have started to practise this keenly and this helps me in understanding the intricacies of student's strengths and weaknesses.
I like to bring in the co-relations of subjects and how they have practical relevance to our daily living. Education, according to me is much more than academics and is an active process of understanding the way we function and what limits our progress.

I observe that the teaching methodologies have changed a great deal and the conventional modes are not really giving any substantial learning outcomes for students.
I opine that learning is not just academical and there needs to be real connect between the educator and student, which can enable the student centric learning and would overcome the tyranny of curriculum, where memorising and completion of syllabus are given extraordinary importance.
Classes are intended for junior and middle school studnets, who are willing to venture and experince a different learning modalities in Science, Math and Social Sciences. I also bring in Philosophy , Current affairs into my classes to present the co-relations and enable an application based learning for studnets. Adopting a multidisciplinary approach is the way forward to enable holistic thinking process for students and teachers.
