I have extensive experience as an international business analyst and coach working with family-owned and privately held business in America, Canada and Europe. Most family-owned businesses were started because the founder had a strong technical background with little management training or experience. I bring real world experience with sound academics to level up owners who want to be a real businessman and notjust a man in business.
I teach one-on-one via ZOOM using handouts, workbooks and other collateral material. Some subjects will require purchase of a textbook.
Lessons start with an assessment and an introductory lesson covering the basics to make certain no one is left behind. The course work is then graduated up to completion.
The lessons are for busy company owners who need real management education without a lot of theoritical fluff. Many may be struggling with interpersonal conflict within the family engagedin the business.
