About Sharyn
I am a professional circus and theater artist and I perform with aerial contortion numbers as a woven circle sphere. Roller skater. I also carry out workshops of flexibility contortion and aerial and muscle preparation for adults and children. Teacher and performer. Lessons in technique and choreography on an aerial circle. Aerial fabrics. Flexibility and empowerment. My approach integrates the study of aerial technique with the research of the quality of the contortion movement and the work on expressiveness.

My lessons are based on a warm-up and then we do exercises to drastically increase the flexibility of the whole body without causing muscle damage and for exceptional muscle control. Contortionism on the ground and in the air. I am oriented to enhance the potential of each student and help them develop their skills.
