About Azmat
I am an international Ph.D. (nursing) candidate. I have been working as an assistant professor for over fifteen years at the Aga Khan University School Of Nursing and Midwifery, Karachi, Pakistan. I also worked for ten years as an Emergency Department nurse.

As an Assistant Professor, I had been involved in teaching different courses to undergraduates, via different modes of delivery, including face-to-face and blended learning. Due to changing the new generations’ learning styles, teaching has never been more challenging for both the teachers and the learners. Therefore, to increases the learners’ engagement in learning, I molded my traditional teaching methods into social and self-paced learning innovation with collaboration tools, in-person one-on-one, and mentoring.
