About Shriya
Hi there! my name is Shriya Anil, I am a second-year student at the Australian National University (ANU) studying for a Bachelor of Law and International Relations. I have been an English and Humanities tutor for two years and am passionate about teaching and improving students' confidence in their writing skills. I am based in Canberra however I grew up in Hobart Tasmania and thoroughly enjoy hiking and music. I look forward to meeting more students that I will strive to guide with their writing and English skills.

I often conduct 1-2 hour lessons depending on the student's preference. I have a strong background in English and Humanities; during grades 11 and 1 7 out of my 8 subjects were arts-based with a 97.25 ATAR and I have been a tutor for two years. I break up lessons for the students into step-by-step guides on how to improve on essay writing and grammar. I also work on how to maintain quality of writing under time constraints and develop their confidence in writing
