No doubt i have been in fitness line from 20years I can teach infant to adult comfortably.
I just expect consistency ,regularity,patience and zeal to do the workout .

Perfect! Rower is absolutely fantastic swim coach. She is very patient and kind and highly professional. I really liked her swimming classes. My technique and pace increased a lot since I started taking classes.
- Such a nice person with positive attitude and always with smiling face..learning skills so fast .learnt freestyle stroke very quickly and perfection comes from practice so now all needs is practice .Rower's response :
