Teaching gives me joy, the focus and ambition I need in order to successfully convey subjects and content. It is most effective, when students get to experience a broad spectrum of teaching methods in order to learn taught subjects, which could even include games and favorite subjects.

Tutoring and teaching has to be individualized and the key factor for this is to do an initial anamnesis in which we find out, which skills we need to focus on, what needs to be improved and what's the desired outcome? Does the student require additional spoken language training, lessons in grammar or desire to write in a fluent and captivating manner but getting points across and portraying desired messages. My experiences as a teacher in class settings and individual lessons allowed me to personalize lessons and structure them according to each student's needs.
