About Ally
I am currently completing a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology through Yorkville University, where I have received advanced training in counseling theories, cognitive behavioral approaches, ethics, mental health, human development, and evidence-based therapeutic practices.
Alongside my academic studies, I am actively completing clinical practicum experience, working directly with clients under professional supervision. This has allowed me to develop strong communication skills, professionalism, empathy, and the ability to create supportive, client-centered learning environments.
My approach combines academic knowledge with warmth, authenticity, and practical application. I am passionate about helping others better understand psychology, build resilience, develop well-being strategies, and feel more confident in their personal or academic growth.
I value professionalism, inclusivity, ethical practice, and creating a safe, respectful space where individuals feel comfortable learning and asking questions without judgment.
While my services are educational and coaching-based in nature and do not constitute psychotherapy or counseling treatment, I strive to bring the same level of care, integrity, and evidence-informed knowledge into every session.
