About Farish

Hi! I’m a trainee teacher at Institut Pendidikan Guru (IPG), majoring in Bahasa Melayu. I chose this field because I genuinely enjoy teaching and interacting with students. I believe that learning becomes much easier when students have a teacher who is patient, approachable and willing to explain things in a way they can understand.

I want to teach because I enjoy seeing students improve and gain confidence in themselves. During my school practicum, I had the opportunity to teach pupils and experience what it is like to plan lessons, explain topics and help students who have different learning needs.

As a tutor, I hope to create a comfortable learning environment where you can ask questions freely and learn at your own pace. My goal is not only to help you get better results, but also to help you feel more confident when using and learning Bahasa Melayu.

About the lesson

Hi! I’m currently an IPG trainee teacher majoring in Bahasa Melayu. I’m passionate about teaching and I enjoy helping students understand Bahasa Melayu in a way that feels simple, relaxed and easy to follow.

For my lessons, I don’t want students to feel like they are just memorizing notes. I prefer to explain things step by step, give examples and let students practice what they have learned. I also encourage them to ask questions whenever they are unsure. If a student is struggling with a topic, I’m happy to explain it in a different way until they understand.

I usually conduct lessons for around 60–90 minutes depending on the student’s needs and attention span. I can also adjust the lesson based on the student’s level and progress.

As an IPG student, I have learned about different teaching methods, lesson planning and classroom management. I also have hands-on teaching experience through my practicum at school, where I had the opportunity to teach pupils and gain experience working with students with different learning abilities.

My lessons are mainly for primary school students who want to improve their Bahasa Melayu, whether they need help with reading, writing, comprehension, grammar, vocabulary, karangan or exam preparation.

My aim is simple, to make Bahasa Melayu easier to understand and help students become more confident in the subject. I want my students to feel comfortable during lessons and most importantly enjoy the learning.
