About Sarah
I'm Sarah, and I'm a secondary school Irish and Spanish teacher. I completed all of my primary and secondary education through Gaeilge, as well as having worked in a summer Gaeltacht college and studied Irish at university level for 4 years. I'd consider my Irish grammar, vocabulary and fluency to be near-native, with great familiarity with a mixture of dialects and accents. I know that Irish is a language that sometimes frustrates students in school, so being patient and really taking the time to break things down is what I consider most effective, and this is where confidence grows. I have studied Spanish for 4 years at university level, and have spent 6 months living in Spain. I have experience teaching both languages to secondary and primary school children of all ages.
