About Kaylen
I am currently a second-year undergraduate student at UC Irvine studying French and English. I have been a learning assistant for French 1BC, an intensive French fundamentals course, and I have also taken the French 2ABC series (Intermediate French) at UCI. Thus, I will likely be familiar with homework or class material from these classes. I am able to stay calm under pressure, am very adaptable to different learners and situations, and emphasize pronunciation more than memorization. I try to encourage big-picture thinking when learning another language, especially with beginner students.

I break down your questions in order for you to come to the answer yourself, so that you are an independent learner as well. Observers and students have called me patient and very aware of students' needs even when they don't always mention their struggles.
