With nearly 20 years of experience working in kitchens across Italy and Dubai, I’ve spent my life learning, tasting, and sharing the essence of real Italian food. For me, cooking is not just about recipes — it’s about emotion, tradition, and the joy of bringing people together around a simple, flavorful meal. I specialize in authentic, home-style Italian cuisine — the kind that’s full of character, made with love, and inspired by family kitchens rather than fancy restaurants. From slow-cooked sauces to fresh handmade pasta, every dish tells a story. After years in the professional kitchen, I decided to start teaching because I want to share what truly makes Italian food special: honest ingredients, simple techniques, and a deep respect for flavor. Helping people discover the pleasure of cooking good, real food is what motivates me every day.
