I would divide the classes into two parts
Part 1: Oral exercise teaching dialogues of daily life such as ordering a menu, booking a room, and talking about the arts and culture : Monuments, Customs, Gastronomy ...
Part 2: Written exercise: to learn the vocabulary and grammar of the first part with the help of a textbook; With the help of a textbook, students write essays or presentations on specific topics.
