About Francesca
I am an experienced interpreter and translator based in the UK. I graduated in Italy and at the University of Verona (you're right, Shakespeare!), I hold a BA in Translation and a Masters in Media from the University of Birmingham. I have been freelance since 2015, I have worked for companies overseas providing translations and face to face interpreting. I also worked as an interpreter on many movie sets all over Europe!

I usually teach classes for people willing to converse in Italian. This means that my classes will be focused on teaching an English speaking person to learn Italian. English is very different, so I will use specific examples in order to make you understand why we use that verb and why we sing whilst we speak. I am also a movie buff, so I can give you an insight on translations in movies, which is very different than actual translations.

I am happy to not charge any fee for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled lesson. Cancellations made 24 hours will be charged half of the lesson(s) price.
