About Anna Lia
I am from Firenze (Italy), the place where the best Italian is spoken (home to Dante, Petrarca and Boccaccio), I got my BA from University of Pisa and my MA and Ph.d in teaching Italian to foreigners from Ca Foscari University in Venezia. I am not in the US currently and I split my life in three cities: Firenze, Milano and Istanbul.

I am from Florence and I have more than 30 years of experience and a ph.d in teaching Italian to foreigners from University di Venezia, I teach to all levels, from beginners to advanced. I tailor my class around the students and their needs, using the "positive language education approach" that values the strength of the student. I have helped students learning Italian as well as with their dissertation, exams and certification.
