About Martina
Italian translator holding a with foreign languages teaching experience. I have worked as an English and Italian teacher in academic linguistic centers in Buenos Aires and in secondary schools in London, United Kingdom. I usually give private language and linguistics classes to adults and university students, but I have worked as tutor for school kids as well. My classes cover a wide range of topics, depending on the goal each of my students aims to achieve.

I strive to address several topics during my class, ranging from Italian cinema, language in use and Italian linguistics. I like to work with both digital and paper material as long as it is modern and uptodate, so that students can work with the language as it is nowadays used in Italy. My class is given completely in the Italian language, except for extraordinary cases that hamper comprehension (in order to facilitate the understanding of more complex subjects). The classes are dynamic and are based on the active participation and interaction among students/teacher and students. I like to change and tailor my classes according to my students' interests and objectives, as their active participation is crucial in the learning process.
