About Zac
I’m passionate about both the Italian language and its culture, having spent five years living in Rome, where I immersed myself in the country's vibrant history, cinema, and cuisine. With a degree in Italian Studies and over a decade of experience working in Italian eateries, I bring a rich blend of academic knowledge and practical experience to my teaching.
Living in Rome allowed me to fully embrace the Italian way of life, from daily conversations with locals to exploring the city’s historical sites and cultural landmarks. I understand firsthand the nuances of language acquisition and the importance of cultural immersion, and I bring this experience into each lesson.
My teaching is rooted in the belief that learning Italian is not just about grammar and vocabulary but about experiencing the country’s heritage through its language, food, films, and regional traditions.
