About Ilenia
Originally from south Italy I took my studies in Law but really soon I've realized about my passion for languages and for sharing my knowledge with others. I currently speak 5 languages: Italian, French, English, Spanish and Portuguese.
For 10 years I've been doing after school classes for kids and teenagers and it as been challenging but full of satisfactions! Since 2 years I'm living in France and I love to share my italian culture. I surely do it cooking some delicious pasta to my friends, but especially teaching italian in a private school in Brive and giving private lessons.

My classes are mostly based on experiencing and practicing. To only learn grammar is not enough to speak. With my students I speak mostly italian during the class, and I push them to do the same. The classes normally begin with the analysis of a text about Italy or the italian culture and then we go deep into some grammar, we watch some video to improve the listening and understanding skills and we also do some role plays to get our hands dirty and try to speak italian in the everyday life. The classes are adapted to all levels.
