My lessons focus on decision-making, sparring confidence, and how fighters learn under pressure. Drawing on the ecological approach, I explore how behaviour emerges from constraints, information, and environment rather than memorised techniques. Sessions emphasise experimentation, reflection, and adaptability to help fighters think more clearly and act more effectively in sparring.
