About Eilidh
I have recently moved to Glasgow from Aberdeen and I’m looking to further my teaching experience. I’ve performed in classical, traditional and Musical theatre orchestras as well as having performed in Ceilidh bands and many solo performances. I have been trained classically for almost 11 years. As-well as my violin training I’m also an accomplished piano player, and all round musician. I have studied voice and musical theatre since the age of 8.

I enjoy making lessons tailored to every student. I like to teach beginners both how to read music AND play by ear. I mostly have experience teaching young children however I’m happy teaching adult beginners.
I think it’s important throughout lessons to focus on the interests of the student, whilst still incorporating the things needed to progress such as technique, sight reading and more.
