Hello! I’m a native Japanese speaker with a background in Educational Psychology (BA, Japan) and Performance Psychology (MSc, UK). Having lived and studied in both Japan and the UK, I enjoy connecting with people from different cultures. I’m passionate about helping others learn and grow, and I’ve always loved language—both using it and supporting others in learning it. While I’m new to teaching Japanese, my studies in psychology give me a solid foundation in understanding how people learn effectively and stay motivated. I don’t follow a strict method, but instead I focus on helping you learn real, natural Japanese through conversation, vocabulary, and grammar practice. I’m happy to use English to explain concepts clearly when needed. ️ Lesson Length: 60 Minutes of Focused Learning A typical lesson lasts 60 minutes, but I can be flexible depending on your needs. My Background: Psychology Meets Language Learning Although I’m new to teaching Japanese, I have a background in Educational Psychology (BA, Japan) and Performance Psychology (MSc, UK), which helps me understand how people learn and stay motivated. Who It’s For: Beginners Welcome! My lessons are mainly for beginners and lower-intermediate learners who want to build a solid foundation in Japanese.
