About Riso

Who is Riso?? a Japanese guy living in Canberra as a student at ANU (born and raised in Japan) Crazy about traveling, food, Spanish, English, chatting, old-school music such as Queen, the Beatles and, of course, Japanese music Japanese culture such as anime, manga, sightseeing spots, etc... "I am happy to help with your learning in any way, whether it's studying with your textbook, reading, writing, speaking, music, and more!" As a mixed Japanese whose father is not from Japan, I am trained to describe things in many different ways so that we can communicate smoothly and perfectly! I promise to create a comfortable atmosphere where you can express your feelings and speak Japanese without nervousness. I am very excited to talk to you! よろしくね！Riso

About the lesson

teaching method-I always make sure to give you loads of examples to let you get the gist of the concept of Japanese grammar, pronunciation, words and phrases, and so on. JLPT/Speaking only/things you wish to take (whatever suits you best) Length of a lesson- 60 to 180 minutes Tutor experience-3 years of experience in teaching Japanese to university students and above. She speaks very understandable Japanese, and I did not find it hard to catch what was being said. Story telling is a difficult part of language and she did not have so many problems with it. I am sooo impressed!!
