I started my guitar journey as a self-taught teenager, spending countless evenings rewinding songs and figuring them out note by note. What began as a hobby quickly became a passion, leading me to pursue a Bachelor of Music in Popular Music (Guitar), where I refined my technique and deepened my understanding of the instrument. Over the past 3+ years, I’ve been sharing this knowledge as a dedicated guitar tutor.
I believe learning guitar should feel exciting not overwhelming. That’s why I break things down with patience, humor, and practical hacks that actually work. One of my most popular tools is the “riff breakdown” method, which helps students crack tricky parts of songs by ear and memory. I also love throwing in real-time songwriting challenges to keep things fresh and creative.
Whether you're picking up the guitar for the first time or returning after a break, I’m here to support you at your pace. We'll build strong foundations, play music you love, and most importantly—have fun doing it. Let’s turn your daily practice into a daily joy.
