About Anna
I am offering tutoring in secondary English (Literature) to help with assessment preparation and skill building, including essays and other academic writing.
I strive to help students build the skills needed to be confident in structuring and drafting assessments through feedback and explanation. I aim to help students understand the criteria of assessment and how to apply their understanding of English to each piece.
I am a student at James Cook University (Townsville) currently studying a a dual degree in Engineering and Science. I completed senior English (Literature) with a VHA and have achieved highly in English throughout school. I have experience in tutoring secondary English, helping students improve the structure, vocabulary and thematic devices of both written, comprehension and oral assessment pieces.
